Welcome to Qedime! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our cleaning services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking or service request.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

  • "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to Qedime, a professional cleaning services provider located at 27 Elmfield Road, London, NW8 7PL.
  • "Client", "You", or "Your" refers to the individual or organization engaging our cleaning services.
  • "Services" means all cleaning services provided by Qedime, including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized cleaning solutions.
  • "Agreement" means the contract formed between the Client and Qedime upon acceptance of a service booking.

2. Service Provision

2.1 Booking and Scheduling

All cleaning services must be booked in advance through our website, email at [email protected], or by telephone at +44 20 7891 2345. We will confirm your booking within 24 hours and provide details of the scheduled service date and time.

2.2 Service Delivery

We commit to delivering high-quality cleaning services in accordance with the specifications agreed upon at the time of booking. Our professional cleaning staff will arrive at the scheduled time with all necessary equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products unless otherwise specified.

Important: Access to the property must be provided at the agreed time. If access cannot be granted, additional charges may apply for rescheduling or waiting time.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing Structure

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Pricing is based on the scope of work, property size, and specific requirements discussed during the booking process. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual scope of work differs significantly from the initial assessment.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods. For regular contracts, invoices will be issued monthly with payment due within 14 days of the invoice date.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 Client Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 100% of the service cost.

4.2 Company Cancellations

In rare circumstances where we must cancel or reschedule a service, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to arrange an alternative date and time at no additional cost.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the effective delivery of our services, clients agree to:

  1. Provide accurate information about the property and specific cleaning requirements at the time of booking.
  2. Ensure safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring cleaning services.
  3. Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or personal items before the cleaning team arrives.
  4. Inform us of any hazardous materials, pets, or special conditions present at the property.
  5. Provide adequate parking facilities for our cleaning team where applicable.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Our Insurance Coverage

Qedime maintains comprehensive public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance. We take every precaution to prevent damage to your property; however, accidents may occasionally occur. Any damage caused by our staff during service delivery will be reported immediately and addressed according to our insurance policy.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in all our services, our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage resulting from conditions beyond our control. We are not liable for loss or damage to items not properly secured by the client prior to service delivery.

7. Quality Guarantee

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information obtained during the provision of our services. 9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Qedime reserves the right to terminate services immediately if payment terms are not met, if access to the property is consistently denied, or if our staff are subjected to abusive or threatening behavior.

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
